Boo Hock Khoo

Boo Hock Khoo is the Chairman of the Development Guarantee Group Board (DGG), he has significant experience in finance, including infrastructure, corporate, and bond ratings. He has been involved in multiple project finance consultancies in developing countries and engaged in venture capital and private equity transactions. He served as Operations Vice President at the Credit Guarantee & Investment Facility, a Trust Fund of the Asian Development Bank, and was previously Deputy Chief Executive of Danajamin Nasional Berhad, a government-owned bond insurer he helped conceptualise. Boo Hock holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Mount Union College and a MBA from Ohio University.
